In the main cities, we deliver directly to the agreed meeting point. In locations where we do not have an office or operational partner, we ship the radio guides by courier.

We ship the radio guides directly to your hotel, bus company, travel agency, or any agreed delivery point. The equipment normally arrives one day before the tour begins. After the service, we arrange collection, even from a different location from the delivery point.

Yes. We operate throughout Italy. In locations where we do not have an office or local partner, we ship the systems by courier. We also work with local partners in several Italian cities, including Rome, Milan, Venice, and Siena.

Yes. Our systems can be used throughout Europe, and we organize international shipping for tour operators, travel agencies, tour guides, museums, events, and tourist groups.

Each ready-to-use kit includes a transmitter with microphone for the guide (or several transmitters if there is more than one guide), a receiver for every participant, individually packaged disposable earphones, chargers and accessories, a carrying case, and spare devices to guarantee uninterrupted service.

Yes. Our systems use dedicated radio frequencies and do not require internet, Wi-Fi, or mobile data. They work both indoors and outdoors.

It is a radio guide system, also called a whisper system: a live guide speaks into the transmitter and the group listens in real time. It is not a pre-recorded automatic audio guide.

Yes. We provide individually packaged disposable earphones for all participants, for maximum hygiene.

Yes. In addition to disposable in-ear earphones, we offer over-the-ear headband earphones that are washed and sanitized after every use. They are suitable for people with hearing difficulties or those who prefer not to insert anything into the ear.

Yes. The system is suitable for guided tours, museums, churches, archaeological sites, historic city centres, conferences, universities, schools, outdoor tours, and corporate events — any situation where a speaker needs to be heard clearly by a group.

We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. An invoice or fiscal receipt is issued according to the payment method.

In the event of loss or damage, a replacement fee applies to the affected device. We include spare units in the kits to prevent the tour from being interrupted by technical issues.
