AudioVibes is based in Florence and supplies tour guide systems throughout Italy. Locations we do not cover directly are served by courier, so the kit reaches the address you give us ready to use — there is no depot to visit and nothing to collect on arrival.

The system is the one guides use every day: a transmitter with a microphone for whoever is speaking, and a receiver with an earphone for every participant. It runs on dedicated radio frequencies, so it needs no internet, Wi-Fi or mobile data, and works both outdoors and inside museums, churches and other venues.

How DHL delivery works

All shipments are sent with DHL. Once the quote is confirmed we prepare the kit, pack it in its transport case and hand it to the courier.

Delivery inside Italy normally takes 1 day. We schedule the arrival with a margin before your start date, so there is time to check the equipment before the group sets off.

Delivery to hotels, agencies and coach companies

You choose the delivery address: the group hotel, your agency, an office, the coach company or any other agreed point. All we need is someone able to accept the parcel during courier hours.

For groups travelling in from elsewhere, hotel delivery is usually the simplest option — the kit is already waiting when the group arrives.

Collection in the same city or somewhere else

At the end of the rental we arrange the collection. The pick-up point can be the same as the delivery address or a completely different one.

That makes multi-city itineraries straightforward: the group puts the devices back in the case and leaves it at the agreed point in the final city, with no need to return anything to where the tour started.

What is included in the kit

Every kit is prepared ready to use and checked before it is shipped.

How the rental price is calculated

The quote depends mainly on two things: the number of devices and the number of rental days. Shipping is included in the quote, so there is no transport cost added later.

On longer rentals the daily rate decreases, which usually makes a single rental covering the whole itinerary better value than several separate ones.

Radio guide system or pre-recorded audio guide?

A radio guide system, also called a whisper system, carries the voice of a live guide to the group in real time. A pre-recorded audio guide plays a fixed commentary with no guide involved.

What we rent is the first kind: your guide speaks into the transmitter and everyone in the group hears them clearly, even at a distance or in a crowd.

International delivery assessed case by case

The equipment can also be used outside Italy. International delivery is possible on request and is assessed case by case: feasibility, timing and cost depend on the destination and the dates.
